Job Title: The POLAR EXPRESS ™ Cast Member - S how Conductor Division/Department: Branson Scenic Railway/Special Events Reports To: Special Events, Concessions & Retail Manager Type of Position: Non - Exempt /Hourly Classification: Seasonal Compensation: $20 - $ 25 / hour Location: Branson, MO Job Summary: THE POLAR EXPRESS ™ is a licensed event through Rail Events Inc. and Warner Brothers Studios. It is a theatrical show based on the movie THE POLAR EXPRESS ™ that takes place on a moving train. T HE POLAR EXPRESS ™ Show Conductor character frequently moves throughout the show to various locations engaging guests . Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Engage and interact with guests as they arrive at the event, board the train, and as they leave the event • Follow script, memorize lines and remain in character throughout the event • Dialogue must be memorized prior to first rehearsal – off book at first rehearsal • Learn staging and microphone tracking • Other duties as assigned
