CDL Feed Haul Driver Full-Time | Class A CDL Required Position Summary We’re looking for a skilled and safety-focused CDL driver to join our feed hauling team. In this role, you’ll operate a commercial motor vehicle (up to 40 tons gross weight) to deliver feed to farms across North and South Carolina. Typical routes average 85 miles round trip, with approximately four loads completed during a 12-hour shift. Who You’ll Work With This position reports directly to the Shift Supervisor and works closely with other drivers and mill operations staff. There are no supervisory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers to deliver feed to designated farms. Ensure all loads are secure prior to transport. Perform and document DOT-required pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate trip, weight, and equipment records. Report any equipment or maintenance concerns to the supervisor immediately. Follow all DOT, state, federal, and company safety regulations and policies. Assist with other duties as needed to support mill and transport operations.
