Dojo instructors teach the fundamental building blocks of all languages, empowering students to quickly and easily adopt new languages and frameworks down the road. Our philosophy is based on individual attention to students and their specific needs. THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION is to support company operations and create workability by maintaining office cleanliness and supporting business operations, Coding Dojo instructors, and students. PAY RATE is $15 per hour. DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; issue correspondence; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends. Support business administration of the office Collect student payments Obtain supplies from Costco on a weekly basis Maintain office cleanliness Work with the Director of Operations to design and implement office policies by enforcing established standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments. REPORTING This position reports to the Director of Operations. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS MOST APPLICABLE Microsoft Office Suite Outstanding Communication Skills Tracking Expenses/Receipts Assisting with Staffing Managing Processes Process Improvement Inventory Control Reporting Skills SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS Monday through Friday 3 hours per day TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS Cell p hone or reliably checked landline and email Able to use a Mac and a PC Microsoft Office Suite
