Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner will play a role in ensuring that all preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks are efficiently planned and scheduled to support continuous production and minimize equipment downtime. This position is responsible for developing maintenance strategies, creating work orders, coordinating production and maintenance teams, and managing spare parts and resources. The planner analyzes maintenance data, monitors asset health, and applies best practices to improve plant availability and reliability. Core skills include strong organizational abilities, technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, effective communication, and the aptitude to coordinate across departments and with external vendors.
