Special Education Teacher

ACES Mill Road School is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative Special Education Teacher to join our K–8 educational team. Mill Road School serves students with diverse learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs through highly individualized, trauma-informed programming designed to help every student achieve academic, behavioral, and personal success. Our educators create structured, engaging learning environments where students develop confidence, independence, and the skills necessary to thrive both in school and beyond. Working alongside behavior analysts, social workers, related service providers, and instructional support staff, teachers play a vital role in fostering a safe, restorative, and inclusive school community. Delivering high-quality instruction through evidence-based practices, differentiated instruction, and the meaningful integration of technology to maximize student engagement and achievement.
