Hospice Admissions Education RN Specialist

Empath Trustbridge Hospice is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Admissions team as an Admissions Education Specialist Nurse in Broward county. In this role, you will support and develop team members throughout the hospice admissions process, ensuring excellence in patient care, staff competency, and compliance with clinical standards. The schedule will be 9:00am - 7:30pm Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care. Formed from the legacy of Hospice by the Sea and Hospice of Palm Beach County, we continue to provide comfort, dignity, and peace to those facing advanced illness.
