Job Summary: The PACE President- Oklahoma Market is responsible for all aspects of administration including operations, leadership, governance, strategy, quality improvement, performance, and growth of the PACE program. This role ensures excellence in participant care, interdisciplinary team performance, and compliance with CMS and state PACE regulations, while contributing to the overall organization’s standards, culture, and financial performance. The PACE President serves as the primary external representative of the program, building and sustaining community partnerships, referral relationships, and stakeholder engagement to support enrollment growth and advance the mission of PACE in the Oklahoma market.
