HR Onboarding Specialist

The HR Onboarding Specialist is a key contributor to the success of day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees throughout the entire employment life cycle—from onboarding to offboarding. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless experience by coordinating new hire onboarding, administering benefits, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring efficient data management within the HRIS system. In addition, the specialist provides essential support in payroll processes and helps uphold compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Monday through Friday schedule. The successful candidate will be passionate about the little details and have a desire to learn and grow in HR.
