HR People Partner

Are you interested in partnering across our business functions and building key relationships with a broad range of stakeholders? We are currently recruiting for a HR People Partner, you will be responsible for partnering within the business area to support and embed the People Strategy for National Highways, on an 12-month fixed term contract basis. You will report to the Senior HR Business Partner, to support the tactical delivery of key cyclical HR activities, which align to Employee Connectivity, Customer Connectivity, Performance Capability and Accountability. This includes but is not limited to Performance, Talent, Capability development and Employee Relations.
