Guest Service Representative

Qualifications A warm, welcoming personality with a genuine desire to help guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Strong communication skills , including the ability to listen carefully, speak clearly, and handle guest interactions with patience and professionalism. Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred , but not required — we are happy to train individuals with the right attitude and work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and dependable , with consistent attendance and reliable transportation. Comfortable working a 3pm–11pm full-time schedule , including rotating weekends and holidays. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment with frequent guest interactions. Basic computer skills , with the ability to learn hotel systems, reservation software, and phone procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching, etc.). Strong teamwork skills , with the ability to communicate well with housekeeping, maintenance, and management. Professional appearance and demeanor , representing WHM’s hospitality standards at all times. Calm under pressure , able to handle guest concerns, room issues, or unexpected situations with patience and confidence. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
