What You'll Do

We are looking for a highly connected culturally relevant, entrepreneurial and commercially minded PR & Influencer Manager to lead our creators marketing, cultural campaigns, events and agency management efforts across DACH, the Netherlands, Poland and selected CEE markets, with a strong focus on Germany.

This is a hands-on role for a relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands local cultural nuances & communities, and has an exceptional network of creators, influencers, talent managers, media, agencies and retail partners.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with flawless execution and understands how PR, influencer marketing and events contribute to both brand desirability, commercial performance and community building.

The candidate must demonstrate strong business acumen and act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Commercial and Retail teams to drive awareness, engagement and sales across the region.

What You'll Be Working On

Strategic Communications & Influencer Marketing

• Develop and execute integrated PR, influencer, creator and event strategies across DACH, Netherlands, Poland and CEE.

• Identify emerging cultural trends, social conversations and opportunities relevant to local audiences and fandom.
