NOW HIRING — INSTRUCTIONAL COACH | Special Ed Settings | The Collaborative for Educational Services (SEIS) | Southeastern, MA | Full-Time | 187 day contract | 2026/2027 School year ABOUT THIS ROLE Are you an educator passionate about making a difference in DYS, DMH, and Co. House of Corr. programs? We are seeking a full-time Special Education Instructional Coach to support teachers across these settings, helping improve instruction and enhance student outcomes throughout Southeastern, MA — including Taunton, Brockton, New Bedford, and Brewster. COMPENSATION $68,812 – $94,202 annually | MTRS retirement, health, dental & life insurance included WHAT WE OFFER ✔ Consistent schedule — Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM. No evenings, no weekends. ✔ Travel across Southeastern MA — Taunton, Brockton, New Bedford, and Brewster. ✔ Collaborative environment — work directly alongside General Ed and Special Ed teachers. ✔ Professional development — plan and facilitate PD both virtually and in-person. ✔ MTRS-eligible position — qualifying role for the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ✔ Bachelor's degree with MA content license and/or special education license (Master's preferred) ✔ 6+ years of teaching experience ✔ Experience supporting tech integration and teacher development ✔ Valid driver's license required for frequent travel across sites ✔ Patient, adaptable, and deeply committed to improving outcomes for at-risk youth RESPONSIBILITIES ✔ Provide one-on-one coaching to General Ed and Special Ed teachers ✔ Support tech integration and teacher development through collaboration ✔ Plan and facilitate professional development both virtually and in-person *CES is an equal opportunity employer.
