The eCommerce manager is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and reporting on all backend and omnichannel activities as it pertains to the online store, including managing fulfillment and required service levels, monitoring fraud protection activities, participating in cross-channel operational initiatives, and facilitating all customer service initiatives. The eCommerce manager will be required to leverage technology and software (i.e. help desk tools, CRM system, etc) to create, seamlessly respond to, and address all customer needs.The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail oriented, highly organized technology enthusiast with a positive attitude, and a proven track record of success! Prior eCommerce experience is required. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the SVP of Marketing Responsible for leadership and management of a global software development team, and will serve as a key executive responsible for development of core technology products that drive the revenues of Capterra. Develop software and manage the development and delivery of Mobile and SaaS solutions and supporting systems to enable online transactions for customers. Implement and manage rigorous processes across the software development lifecycle with an expectation of continuous improvement. The candidate will hold accountability for developing products that are scalable, extensible, innovative and configurable. Requirements: Senior technical executive with demonstrated success implementing industry best practices for product development. Demonstrated ability to lead product innovation while supporting established, existing businesses and products. Experience with application modernization with a demonstrated ability to shift platforms while ensuring end state products are architected and built for optimum performance, scalability, and flexibility in the target environment. Powerful communication and influencing skills and confidence with a strong track record of building credible relationships, and motivating and guiding organizations to new directions and higher performance. The candidate will have a track record of leveraging teams effectively by thoughtfully setting stretch goals, then creating and sustaining team motivation and focus around those goals. Must be a financially astute business leader with sound decision making, strategic acumen, process improvement and analytical problem solving capabilities. Uncompromising integrity, character and intellectual honesty; one who strives to do the right thing and deliver quality results, prioritizing the wellbeing and success of the Company and its team members; an executive with the courage and conviction to speak their position. Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred. Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies preferred.
