Clinician - Masters Level or Licensed Clinician

Join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults living with serious and persistent mental illness. This role combines maintaining an outpatient caseload with developing, recruiting for, and facilitating therapeutic groups. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and compassionate clinician who can engage clients who may be resistant to treatment, build trusting relationships, and support recovery through person-centered, trauma-informed care. Responsibilities include individual therapy, group leadership, outreach and engagement, care coordination, and timely completion of clinical documentation. Flexible scheduling options include daytime, after-school, evening, and weekend hours.
