Collaborate with customers and Implementation team to gather and analyze system Integration requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications Design, implement, and test system integration mappings and workflows using standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT and others Lead customer onboarding initiatives, including setup, configuration, and training on system integration Troubleshoot system integration related issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements to optimize data interchange Work closely with development and implementation teams to support system integration projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices Document processes, create user guides, and provide ongoing support to clients in logistics and supply chain sectors Stay updated on emerging system integration technologies and trends to drive innovation in customer solutions
