A Recruitment Sourcer is the first step in the career path of Recruiter here at DPC. In this role, you will receive extensive training and critical hands-on experience to gain trajectory on this career path. Upon graduating from training, the Sourcer plays a critical role in supporting the Recruitment team by identifying, researching, and engaging with potential candidates for open positions. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of qualified talent through proactive sourcing efforts, helping to ensure the organization has access to top candidates. In this role, you will: Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal database and networking. Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions. Post job openings on various platforms and company career pages and engage with applicants. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit and gauge their interest in available roles. Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure candidate records are up to date. Work closely with Recruiters as well as Account Executives to understand job requirements and specific candidate needs.
