Scribe

Position Description: Full-time with hours between 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Requires travel to Sandusky, Bellevue, Norwalk and Wakeman urology offices. Scribe medical reports for inclusion in the patient's medical record under the supervision of the physician/mid-level provider. Assist in accurately documenting office visits, office procedures, in office administration of medications, etc. including examination, diagnosis and follow-up instructions as directed by the provider.
