We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our Culinary Services team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys food preparation, teamwork, and making a positive impact through excellent service. Responsibilities include: Prepare ingredients and complete daily food preparation tasks according to production needs Review production sheets and prepare items according to menu requirements Assist with meal preparation, plating, portion control, and food presentation Ensure meals are prepared and served with quality, consistency, and attention to detail Garnish and plate meals according to established standards Maintain accurate food temperature logs and follow food safety procedures Prepare and organize resident meal trays and assistive dining equipment Assist with Health Center dining services and resident meal services Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, equipment, carts, and food preparation areas Label, date, and properly store food items following safety guidelines Help monitor food supplies and reduce food waste Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection control procedures Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, families, and team members Perform other duties as assigned Why Choose Ginger Cove? ✔ Stable full-time position with consistent scheduling ✔ Make a difference in the daily lives of residents ✔ Be part of a collaborative culinary team ✔ Work in a respected, premier senior living community ✔ Opportunity for professional growth and development ✔ Friendly workplace where teamwork and service are valued
