Receiving and Storekeeper

Receive and inspect all incoming goods to ensure the correct quantity, quality, and condition. Check deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and other supporting documents. Maintain proper storage, organization, and stock control of goods. Ensure goods are stored in accordance with hygiene, safety, and FIFO requirements. Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records. Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Kitchen, and other relevant departments. Experience in Receiving, Storekeeping, or a similar role within a premium or luxury hotel environment. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and hygiene requirements for receiving goods. Understanding of proper storage practices, including FIFO. Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills. Basic computer skills are preferred.
