Number of positions: 108 Location: Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Job Mandate: The primary role of IP MPLS L-1 Engineer is to be able to monitor the network and provide the first level fault management. First Level Operations is responsible for the execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services are continuously available for 24x7 and delivering the results to SLA performance levels. Job Location : Navi Mumbai, Reliance Corporate Park Start Date : Immediate Duration : 6 months (to be extended) Relevant Experience : 3 years of CCNA Job Responsibilities: Alarm Surveillance of IP MPLS & DCN Devices Basic Troubleshooting of the faults observed during surveillance Raising trouble Ticket (TT) for all the faults Co-ordination with the respective team to resolve the fault in time Closure of trouble Ticket (TT) once fault is resolved Co-ordinate with L2 engineers for the issues required next level of troubleshooting To resolve the issue of License activation & applying required configuration for utility Alarm Extension Support infra team for troubleshooting utility NOC visibility issue Supporting MW team for MW visibility Preparing Daily Outage report Regular tracking of NOC reachability Tracking all the trouble ticket assigned to HOTO NOC group Help field & utility NOC team to extend the utility alarm to the NOC. Job Requirement: Candidate should be an engineering graduate Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in NOC environment CCNA Certification Willing to work in shifts Good Communication skill .
