Director - Capital Delivery & Governance directs and oversees the development, implementation, governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Capital Delivery Department (CDD) policies, procedures, standards, specifications, templates, governance frameworks, and supporting business processes that enable consistent and effective delivery of the Agency's capital program.
