The physical therapist will provide professional orthopedic care for clinic patients and perform clinical tasks such as manual therapy, modalities and proper documentation on all patients. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Evaluate and treat patients and complete appropriate documentation in a timely fashion Supervise technicians Develop protocols and patient education materials Assist supervisor in daily operational duties as needed Maintain all continuing education requirements Participate in and help foster an environment of continued learning in our pursuit of clinical excellence Communicate appropriately with physicians and their staff on patient care issues Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations Maintain patient confidentiality; comply with HIPAA and compliance guidelines established by the practice Maintain detailed knowledge of practice management and other computer software as it relates to job functions Maintain Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Tennessee Attend CPR, OSHA, and CLIA training programs Attend all regular meetings Perform all other tasks and projects assigned by the Manager or physicians
