Responsibilities Exceptional customer service while greeting all guests with a smile Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Operate a camera and take photos of guests at the entertainment venue, ensuring good lighting and angles/positions to encourage guests to purchase photos Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and report any issues with equipment in a timely manner Operate a point of sale while maintaining adequate change denominations, reconcile cash drawers, sales receipts, and returns Cross-selling and upselling products with the ability to remain team orientated and meet sales goals Staying up to date on promotions and product information
