Sr. Business Development Executive - Tele Sales

JD & Skill requirement - The candidate will be required to call the leads generated on our CRM for product sales pitch. - He/She will be required to explain the product features relevant to the customer's business. Basic knowledge of Tally or accounting is preferrable. - The Executive will be doing software installation on the client’s computer through phone guidance or remote system access. - One of the key jobs for the candidate would be to follow up with the customer at their appropriate time to make sure the customer is using the app during his trial period. - Candidates would be required to make 70-80 calls per day. The number of connected calls and quality of calls will be measured on a daily basis to bring improvement in productivity - Prior experience in Sales is a must - Fluency in MS Excel is a requisite. - Should have excellent communication and convincing skills. Basic language requirement - English & Hindi. Knowing Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam would be an added benefit.
