Baristas serve all BMR F&B outlets and may be trained in multiple roles based on business need and availability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Money handling Operate Point of Sale Prepare and sell coffee drinks to guests Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and food items for coffee shop Clean and maintain coffee area, coffee, and espresso equipment Stocking product General cleaning and maintenance of coffee shop area Support other staff and departments to deliver an excellent guest expereince
