Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing, strong expertise in material flow and material handling systems, and a solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles. This role requires effective cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage complex projects through implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in material flow, logistics, or industrial engineering, preferably in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, simulation tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
