ABOUT MERCEDES-BENZ VAN CENTER OF VANCOUVER The Mercedes-Benz Van Center of Vancouver is a brand-new, dedicated Sprinter Van Center opening in August 2026 in the heart of the Vancouver/Portland metro area. ROLES WE’RE FILLING • Parts Counterperson — Internal | First point of contact for service technicians needing parts. You pull the right part, get it to the right tech, and keep the shop moving without delays • Parts Shipping & Receiving | Receive, verify, and log incoming inventory. Process outbound orders accurately and on time. You are the gatekeeper of what comes in and what goes out • Parts Inventory & Stocker | Maintain accurate bin locations, stock incoming parts, conduct cycle counts, and keep the parts room organized so everything is exactly where it should be WHAT YOU’LL DO • Pull and deliver parts to technicians at the counter and on the shop floor quickly and accurately • Receive incoming shipments — verify against purchase orders, log discrepancies, and stock to correct bin locations • Process outbound orders and returns, ensuring proper documentation and packaging • Maintain bin accuracy and parts room organization to support a fast-moving service department • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory • Monitor and flag low-stock items to the parts manager before they become a problem • Support the parts team with daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly • Uphold the cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards of the parts department at all times WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 2+ years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail, or warehouse role — automotive experience is a plus but not required • Strong work ethic — you show up on time, stay engaged, and take ownership of your work • Sharp attention to detail — parts accuracy directly affects technician productivity and guest satisfaction • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where priorities can shift quickly • Organized and process-driven — you like systems, follow procedures, and keep things tidy • Friendly and professional — you’ll interact with technicians and teammates throughout the day • Basic computer skills for inventory and order management systems • Punctual, dependable, and takes genuine pride in doing the job right COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE • Competitive hourly wage commensurate with role and experience • A strong entry point into the automotive industry with a clear path to grow WHY JOIN OUR FOUNDING TEAM? • Ground-floor opportunity to shape the culture, processes, and standards of a brand-new operation • Represent one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands • Manufacturer-supported training and Mercedes-Benz certification opportunities • Collaborative, hospitality-first culture where your contributions are seen and valued • Serve a thriving commercial market in one of the Pacific Northwest’s fastest-growing corridors • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off • 401(k) plan • Career growth potential as the business grows and scales VIDEO UPDATES --- Big things are happening in the Sprinter world! --- NEW Mercedes-Benz Van Center of Vancouver!
