On-Site Clinician - The Beyond House

Summary The Clinician for the Young Adult Access Center will serve as a resource for the entire Access Center Team. This individual will provide on site individual/ group supervision weekly and work with team members around their own self-care needs. This individual will assist the Access Center staff with complex clinical cases and referrals and respond to traumatic situations in a timely manner, while also providing support to the staff members who are impacted. This individual will help minimize Young Adult (client) risk while supporting positive risk-taking and growth. They will support Young Adults to connect to services/ supports. This individual reports directly to the Young Adult Access Center Senior Manager. (eligible languages include: Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Spanish or ASL) PART-TIME 8 HOURS/WEEK Child & Family Services carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation including, but not limited to, prior experience, education, certification(s), license(s), skills and expertise, location, internal equity and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need.
