The Class II Slot Keyperson serves as a frontline ambassador for Plateau Travel Plaza, providing courteous, professional, and responsive service to guests while performing regulated gaming and guest services transactions. This position is responsible for accurate cash handling, guest servoce assistance, promotional support, and adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and Warm Springs Tribal Gaming Regulatory Authority (WSTGRA) requirements. What you’ll do Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service Assist guests with questions, directions, and general information Help resolve guest concerns or direct issues to the appropriate department Maintain a welcoming and orderly gaming floor Accurately handle transactions, cash, or tips following all gaming procedures and requirements Communicate clearly with guests and team members Follow company policies, procedures, and gaming standards Support a positive, respectful environment for guests and coworkers Benefits, Compensation, & Perks The starting wage for a Guest Service Representative is $15.00 per hour plus tips , with a shift differential for non‑standard hours , ranging from an additional $0.50 to $2.50 per hour , depending on the shift worked.
