Complete comprehensive risk assessment, consult with supervisor and/or psychiatrist on-call for recommendations. Provide follow-up and care coordination for clients served. Mobile Crisis Team will provide a presence on-site at a specialized crisis shelter to monitor, engage, and coordinate referrals for participants.
