We are seeking a reliable, quality-minded, and detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Operator to join our team in Duluth, Georgia. The position will support warehouse operations, logistics activities, and production requirements. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, capable of working under time-sensitive conditions, and possesses strong assembly skills. This role requires a hands-on individual who can effectively manage inventory, material flow, and warehouse operations while supporting production start-up activities and assembly processes. The Warehouse and Logistics Operator has the following primary responsibilities: Warehouse & Logistics Operations Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, shipping, and other warehouse-related tasks as required. Ensure accurate inventory management, shelf-life control, and timely transaction processing within the ERP system. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Communicate professionally with shipping companies, freight carriers, and regulatory agencies through phone calls, email, and digital platforms to schedule pickups and deliveries, verify shipment details, resolve transit issues, and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation. Production Support Support production start-up activities, including tooling setup and material preparation. Participate in and successfully complete all required training prior to production start. Perform assembly operations as required to support manufacturing and production needs. Prepare and support material flow and logistics for production operations. Assembly & Technical Duties Utilize hand tools and mechanical aptitude to perform assembly and related tasks. Follow written work instructions, procedures, and quality standards. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, and assembly documentation. Inspect work for accuracy and quality to ensure compliance with specifications.
