About the job As the Real Estate (Sr.) Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize café development performance to achieve financial objectives. Lead the end‑to‑end site selection and cafe development process for all cafes in Hong Kong. As well as continuously refine our expansion strategy by monitoring store performance, market trends, and policy changes, and building a robust pipeline of quality locations.
