Welding 2 Team Leader

Fukai Toyotetsu Indiana Corporation is a metal stamping and robotic welding automotive manufacturer located in Jamestown, Indiana. We are seeking an experienced Robotic Welding Team Leader to join our 2nd shift team and help coordinate robotic welding quality activities to ensure consistent production, adherence to customer specifications, and efficient manufacturing operations. This role will support and guide team members, monitor welding processes and quality standards, and promote a strong team environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Communicates Group Leader’s directions to Team Members. Assist in coordinating activities of the team to ensure production schedules are met. Analyze work problems and recommend solution to Manager. Assist Team Members in resolving problems/concerns that affect their performance (i.e., direct to Manager, Human Resources etc.). Maintain production records, as needed. Report machine and equipment malfunctions to Machine Maintenance team. Perform activities of Team Members as needed.
