Job Title: Route Delivery Driver Trainee Location: Knoxville, TN Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday–Friday | Start Time: 5:30 a.m. until route completion | 40–50 hours per week Reports To: A.S.R. Position Summary: We are currently hiring a full-time Route Delivery Driver Trainee to support our delivery operations and prepare for advancement into an A.S.R. Driver role. This hands-on training position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a desire to grow within a well-established company. Key Responsibilities: Ride along with an A.S.R. Driver to deliver products to designated accounts Unload stock and assist in merchandising at customer locations Learn to operate handheld invoicing systems and reconcile delivery routes daily Maintain a professional and courteous manner with customers and staff Ensure a safe and clean driving record is upheld at all times Lift and move products weighing between 22–160 lbs. Benefits & Perks: Pay Range as a Trainee: $19.50 to $23.00 Upon promotion to your own dedicated route, your annual salary will increase to $70,000–$85,000 401(k) Retirement Plan: Cherokee contributes 8% of your salary automatically—no employee match required.
