Life Enrichment Associate - FT

The Life Enrichment Activity Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of senior living residents by supporting engaging, purposeful, and resident‑centered programming. This position assists with the planning and delivery of recreational, social, educational, and wellness activities that promote independence, dignity, and overall, well‑being. Working closely with the Life Enrichment Manager and interdisciplinary care team, the assistant helps create a warm, inclusive community environment that encourages participation, connection, and joy while respecting each resident’s abilities, interests, and personal history.
