What You'll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities): Our Servers are the heart of the guest experience, with duties including, but not limited to: Providing outstanding hospitality: Greeting all guests, anticipating and promptly responding to needs, and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. Order & Menu Expertise: Taking accurate food and beverage orders, collecting payments, and maintaining detailed knowledge of all menu items (including key ingredients, allergens, and pairing suggestions). Compliance: Selling alcoholic beverages in strict compliance with government regulations. Service & Flow: Ensuring accurate and timely order delivery, constantly pre-bussing and bussing tables, and assisting with Hosting and Counter Togo service as needed. Teamwork: Assisting coworkers with tasks like bussing, food running, and stocking supplies. Operations: Performing assigned Running Sidework and Closing Sidework duties, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and following good food safety practices. Management Support: Performing any additional tasks or duties as directed by the Manager on Duty. Who You Are (Ideal Candidate): The ideal candidate is: Personable and an excellent communicator.
