CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT/Rural Health Clinic/Full-time

Full-time, 60-80 hours per pay period; Wed-Friday; may "flex up" to provide coverage on additional days as needed. 6:30am-5pm POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinic Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) supports the delivery of high-quality, team-based patient care by coordinating clinical services and assisting providers in the management of patient healthcare needs. While serving as the primary clinical support person for assigned provider(s), the CMA is expected to maintain a collaborative, team-oriented approach and possess working knowledge of clinic workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure continuity of care across the organization. The CMA works closely with providers, clinical staff, and support departments to promote efficient operations, effective communication, and positive patient outcomes.
