Collections Manager

The Collections Manager is responsible for leading and directing the Credit Union's collections strategy and operations across the consumer, residential mortgage, and commercial loan portfolios. This position develops and executes collection strategies that minimize delinquency and charge-offs while maintaining exceptional member service, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The Collections Manager oversees collection staff, manages third-party vendor relationships, and analyzes portfolio performance.
