Technical Skills • Cisco Unified communication manager, Voice Gateway Router with MGCP , SIP , H.323, SBC , CUBE ( Cisco Unified Border Element). Ø Responsibilities. • Sound IPT knowledge, Cisco. • Design IPT solution, create HLD and LLD. • Prepare BOM and RFQ. • Implementation of Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connections and Cisco presence. • Good written and verbal communication • Good Understanding of IPT products, Hands on experience of Voice Gateways. • Deliver operations detailed low level technical designs for new projects and in-life services for in region impacted services • Coordinating with Network operations TAC team whenever required during downtime implementation. • Follow problem, change and release management as per ITIL framework • Proactive maintenance and preventive analysis of the network fault and house keeping • Perform fall back/ recovery role in an event of changes in the network requirement • Configuration backup and responsible to resolve the fault in the work stack within the agreed SLA. • Responsible for required changes in the Network devices • Impact analysis of the Incidents raised by the second line support. • Co-ordinate with 3rd-party vendor/ OEM for receiving the IOS bug fixes • Actively involved in Problem Management and provide RCA. • Perform In life testing to validate the changes. • Update the configuration management systems on the changes. Deploy the changes as per the release/deployment schedule • Provide technical assistance to L1/L2 team on need basis • Responsible for Advance configuration for network devices and for Cisco Voice (Via Vendor) • Present technical solutions as a consultant to the Customer. • Accountable for all the architecture issues and Responsible for driving the Technical architecture board.
