ABOUT THE ROLE

Shinola is seeking a Watch Assembly Operator to join our watch manufacturing team. In this highly specialized role, you will assemble precision watch components and movements in a clean-room production environment , helping bring Shinola’s handcrafted timepieces to life.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in precision manufacturing environments , enjoy working with small components, and take pride in producing high-quality products with meticulous attention to detail.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Watch Assembly

• Assemble Shinola watch heads across multiple models, including mechanical and quartz movements , following detailed production procedures.
• Handle and assemble small, delicate components with a high degree of accuracy and care.
• Use specialized tools and instruments to complete assembly steps according to standard operating procedures.

Quality & Precision

• Maintain a high standard of quality and craftsmanship in all assembly work.
