Who We Want The Drayage Operations Specialist will work hand in hand with Business Development and Carrier partners to build, develop, and execute all day-to-day tasks surrounding our drayage Customer and Carrier needs. Drayage Operations Specialists will provide consistent & effective solutions to our internal & external partners. This role will be responsible for playing a key role in daily execution. This includes but is not limited to, supporting BD opportunities, onboarding, booking, & managing key Carrier relationships, and managing daily tracking, customs, & scheduling with facilities, BCOs, & Ports.
