Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Bridge and Highway Carpenter to join our construction team on projects throughout Missouri. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in concrete formwork, bridge construction, and highway infrastructure projects. You will play a critical role in the successful and safe completion of our transportation projects. Key Responsibilities: Construct, assemble, and dismantle forms for concrete structures including bridges, highways, retaining walls, and culverts Install rebar, anchor bolts, and embed items accurately Cut, shape, and fasten wood, metal, and other materials using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with setting and stripping forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces as required Operate construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently Collaborate with foremen, engineers, and other crew members to ensure project timelines are met Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
