Airport Sales & Operations Supervisor

A fast-growing tech company offering digital eSIM services to international travellers is looking to hire Airport sales & operations Supervisor. The ideal candidate will strengthen team performance, improve customer experience, and eliminate operational lapses. Key Responsibilities: • Drive daily and monthly sales targets for eSIM and pSIM products. • Supervise attendants to improve conversions and upselling. • Ensure strict compliance with company registration policies and procedures. • Monitor daily sales reconciliation and inventory accuracy. • Handle escalated customer complaints with product managers and improve service quality. • Mentor and enforce discipline within the team. • Provide regular sales and operations reports to management. Requirements: • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field. • 2+ years experience in sales supervision, telecom, fintech, or retail operations, preferably within the age range of 30–35 years. • Must be available to work on-site 6 days a week, including weekends. • Strong leadership and performance management skills. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • High level of integrity and accountability.
