Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to help support that mission. JOB SUMMARY A Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems within a facility, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely by identifying issues, ordering necessary parts, and completing repairs in a timely manner; often including emergency response to urgent breakdowns. RESPONSIBILITIES Preventative maintenance Regularly inspecting and servicing equipment according to scheduled maintenance plans, including lubrication, cleaning, and component replacements Troubleshooting and repair Diagnosing malfunctions in equipment, identifying root causes, and performing repairs to restore functionality Emergency response Responding to urgent equipment failures outside of regular working hours to minimize downtime Parts management Maintaining inventory of common replacement parts and ordering new parts as needed Documentation Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions Safety compliance Adhering to safety procedures and regulations when performing maintenance Great Benefits Highly Competitive Pay Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance 401k with company match Paid Time Off Paid Certification Training Opportunity for advancement
