Service Writer/Advisor

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage internal repair orders for dealership-owned vehicles. Communicate effectively with technicians and other departments to ensure timely completion of repairs. Maintain detailed and accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time allocated. Ensure all warranty and internal work is complaint with OEM guidelines and documentation standards. Track vehicle movement through service processes and follow up on delays or parts availability.
