Bachelor's of Arts degree Washington State teacher credential (required) Immunization Records or waiver (must include MMR, antibody titer labs, or exemption documents) Pass both local and federal background checks. JOB DUTIES: Integrate Biblical worldview into daily lessons, classroom discussions, and interactions, helping students see God’s truth in every subject. Plan and deliver engaging instruction that meets curriculum and state standards and supports diverse learning needs. Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback. Cultivate a safe, respectful, and joyful classroom culture where students feel valued and encouraged to grow academically and spiritually. Lead students in prayer, devotionals, and spiritual reflection, fostering habits of faith and discipleship. Partner with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and needs, determine their priorities for their children, and suggest ways that they can promote learning and development. Prepare and organize materials and classrooms for class activities. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests. Positively support the school's policies and practices and work collaboratively in a professional organization. Build partnerships with parents through proactive communication. Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicate those objectives to children while adapting teaching methods and materials to meet varying student interests. Collaborate with other teachers and administrators. Currently have or willingness to obtain: Complete Child Sex Abuse Training TB Test (results within 1 year) Immunization Records or waiver (must include MMR, antibody titer labs, or exemption documents) Child Care Basics Training (Initial 30 Hours STARS or Exempt) First Aid and CPR Certification
