Store Manager, Retail Lead a Store. Grow a Team. Change Lives. We're looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, develop high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional experience for customers and donors. What You'll Do • Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, donations, and production. • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales, budget, and operational goals. • Recruit, train, coach, and develop Assistant Store Leaders, Supervisors, and Retail Associates. • Create a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture. • Monitor store performance and use sales and operational data to make informed business decisions. • Ensure merchandise is processed, priced, displayed, and replenished to maximize sales. • Deliver excellent customer and donor experiences while resolving concerns professionally. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment. • Protect company assets through effective loss prevention, safety, and compliance practices. • Adjust staffing, scheduling, and priorities to meet changing business needs. What We're Looking For • Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of achieving results. • Strong skills in team leadership, coaching, and performance management. • Ability to analyze sales and operational metrics and take action to improve performance. • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. • Knowledge of resale, thrift, or secondhand retail operations is a plus. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • 3–5 years of retail experience required. • Minimum 3 years of management experience required. • Experience leading retail operations, production, or high-volume environments required. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems. Physical Requirements • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. • Frequently bend, reach, push, and move merchandise. • Regularly lift up to 30 pounds; occasional heavier lifting may be required. • Use cash registers, computers, and other retail equipment.
