We're currently seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support an Early Childhood program in La Porte, Indiana for the 2026–27 school year. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with preschool-aged children and partnering with educators and families to foster communication, social interaction, and school readiness.

Position Details:

• Provide speech-language services to preschool and early childhood students (approximately ages 3–5).

• Support children with a variety of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, social communication, fluency, voice, and early AAC implementation when appropriate.

• Deliver therapy through play-based, developmentally appropriate, and evidence-based interventions.

• Help students build foundational communication skills that support academic, social, and emotional development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and interpret assessment results.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students' IEP goals.

• Provide engaging individual and small-group therapy sessions.

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and ongoing assessment.

• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote carryover across classroom and home environments.

• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with state, district, and federal special education guidelines.

• Participate in RTI/MTSS initiatives and provide consultation when appropriate.
