Key Responsibility Areas: • Managing the complete Recruitment Cycle from sourcing to joining • Conducting Induction program for New Joinees. • Identifying Training Needs of the Employees and accordingly plan on Training Sessions that needs to be held. • Conducting Job Engagement Activities for Employees. • Should be able to handle PMS. • Leave and Attendance Management. • Ability to provide independent counseling to employees and/or Supervisors to resolve work related problems that may relate to performance and/or discipline based issues. • Conducting Exit Formalities. • Ensuring Full & Final Settlement of the Resigned Staff. • Qualification- HR Background Good command over English language, Knows Ms- Office
