Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Join Central City Concern's Old Town Recovery Center as a PMHNP on the Intensive Case Management Team. You'll provide integrated psychiatric and substance use treatment for adults experiencing serious mental illness, addiction, homelessness, and other complex health needs. Working alongside primary care providers, therapists, case managers, and addiction specialists, you'll deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care through psychiatric evaluations, medication management, crisis intervention, and medication-assisted treatment, including buprenorphine.
